Our Mission Is:

To act as a liaison between medical knowledge, nursing practice and the legal process. We do this by assisting our clients through the use of education, analysis of research, knowledge of standards of practice and by sharing our consulting expert knowledge to help them prevail.

     Although a small company we tackle each project with our devotion to hard work, quality products, timely returns and making repeat customers out of our clients.

     Our location in St. Peter, Minnesota offers us not only a scenic area to hang our shingle, but also a geographical advantage when meeting with clients in both central and southern Minnesota regions. We certainly do work on cases from outside of Minnesota and  negotiate travel when needed.

Who We Are

     Cyndi Zarbano opened Clinical Review in 2008 with her 17 years of nursing practice and 10 years of military experience behind her. She felt motivated to make her skills and experience available to improve healthcare delivery as a legal nurse consultant, then later as an educator and Nurse Life Care Planner.

      Cyndi remains clinically active in Edina, MN practicing intensive care nursing in a 24-bed unit at Fairview Southdale Hospital. She received employee of the quarter recognition from Abbott Northwestern Hospital in April 2009. She has served as a national seminar instructor since 2009 on medical related topics for both PESI Healthcare, Med-Ed Seminars, as well as privately through Clinical Review, further recognizing her as an expert in the nursing field (see Educational Services). She is certified as a Critical Care Nurse (CCRN), Certified Medical Surgical Nurse (CMSRN) and a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC).  In 2010 she completed the Nurse Life Care Planning program from Kelynco University, adding that specialty to her training and available services.

     Along with her bachelor of science degree in nursing, she also has earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology, a minor in sociology and has completed 28 master's level credits pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree. 

     Cyndi's military background has taught her to be efficient, disciplined, to act with integrity, as well as to be devoted to her mission. In her role as a legal nurse consultant, educator and nurse life care planner that mission is you and your client. You will not be disappointed!
